What is a pluggable terminal block?

As we know that Pluggable terminal block also called Plug in terminal Block ,and consists of a base connector which can be a header mounted on a PCB, DIN rail or panel mount  into which a removeable, plug-in mating connector, usually includes  male or female plug is inserted to make an electrical connection.
