Quality & Laboratory

High quality raw materials
For example, the plastic particles used in the wiring terminal plastic shell are the FRIANYL brand of the world's top 500 enterprises, the United States Celanese, which is the same supplier designated by a well-known German counterpart. The copper blocks and other accessories used are the same domestic suppliers of the two well-known Taiwanese counterparts. The raw materials used for the shrapnel and clip are high-precision phosphorus bronze from the well-known domestic brand Xingye Group. The plastic particles used in the European terminal plastic shell are PA66 under the American Celanis brand, which is environmentally friendly and V0 flame retardant. It is the same supply channel of the German Phoenix factory in Nanjing. The use of copper blocks and other accessories is the same supply channel in the domestic counterparts of Taiwan Machyang.The metal shrapnel and clip used are made of high precision phosphorus bronze from Xingye Group.

Based on relevant industry standards, Shanye Electronic has established a complete laboratory, equipped with all kinds of electrical, environmental,mechanical, vibration, chemical testing equipment. Fully in accordance with IEC60947, IEC60998, IEC61984, GB13140, GB/T14048, UL1059,UL486E standard implementation of product production process and design reliability testing, effectively ensure the European road product quality stability and trust. We are currently applying for UL's WTDP certification laboratory qualification.Perfect quality management system & product certification has passed ISO9001 quality management system, products have passed UL (No. E473472), TUV (No. N8150291061001),RoHS,Reach,CE and other certifications, with a group of experienced quality management personnel, constantly improve product performance, improve quality process,To ensure quality products for customers.
