How to install Pcb Terminal Block ?
Before installation, we need to identify the terminal block types:
Screw Terminal Blocks – Require torque-controlled tightening
Spring-Clamp Terminal Blocks – Tool-free push-in design
Barrier Terminal Blocks – For high-voltage isolation
Plug-in Terminal Blocks – For modular PCB connections

Ensure pad size matches terminal block pitch (such as 2.5mm,3.81mm,7.5mm,7.62mm,10.16mm,5.08mm, 3.5mm)etc
Includes mounting holes for screw-type blocks (M2.5/M3 /M3.5/M4 screws)
Material Selection:
PA66 ,UL94V-0 (standard) or high-Tg materials for high-temperature applications
Stencil Printing:
Use laser-cut stencils (0.1–0.15mm thickness)
Apply SAC305 lead-free solder paste
Pick-and-Place Machine:
Position terminal blocks with ≤0.1mm accuracy
Ensure polarity alignment (if applicable)
Temperature Profile:
Preheat: 150–180°C (60–90 sec)
Reflow Peak: 240–250°C (10–20 sec)
Cooling Rate: <4°C/sec
Critical Check:
Avoid tombstoning (uneven solder melting)
Screw Terminal Blocks:
Torque: 0.5–0.6 N·m for M3 screws
Use thread-locking adhesive for vibration resistance
